Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please notify us by filling out the online contact form or email us at care@straame.com within 30 days of receiving the goods and ensure the items are returned in their original condition with the packaging intact.
Please note that we will provide you with a pre-paid label to ship the product back to us. Once the items have been received at Straame, the product will be inspected and refunded, excluding/including any delivery costs on the order.
Faulty Items
We are really sorry to hear that your product has not arrived in the condition you hoped for. If the product is faulty, please email us at care@straame.com or use the online contact form within 7 days upon receiving the item. Our customer care service will then guide you with regards to the information required to investigate the issue.
Cancelation Policy
If the goods have not yet been dispatched, please contact us via filling out the online contact form or email at care@straame.com of your wish to cancel the order. We will do our best to cancel the dispatch to you.
